Alpina Watches offers a 30-day return policy for all timepieces purchased through our official online store, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our Swiss-engineered heritage watches.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the watch in its original presentation box, including all manuals, warranty cards, and protective films to avoid damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the exterior of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the timepiece's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
